One Mans Journey Into the World of Bespoke

August 28, 2007

NY Magazine 08/28/07-1

NY Magazine has an article describing the process of on man’s foray into the mysterious world of bespoke.

The ultimate in tailoring bespoke is true custum with prices starting a $3,000 and going up.

The process is known only to few who have experienced the process for themselves but author Michael Idov details the process for us.

This, by the way, is a spectacularly crappy photo of the resulting suit. The tailor has a far better one up on his site: http://lordwillys.com/idov.htm

You are so right! Thankyou for posting the link to the correct picture. We were thinking the same thing. The lighting and camera must have been bad because the resulting image makes the suit look cheap which is the complete opposite of Lord Willys.

Got something to say?
