Dsquared gave a spring-summer 2009 presentation heavily influenced by the early days of hip hop. Gold chains, fedoras and oversized shades adorned many models. The looks were based in the clothing of hip-hop culture at it’s birth in the late 70’s and early 80’s. There was also Dean & Dan Caten’s signature looks of formal tops and relaxed bottoms were sartorially pleasing. With a nod to the current conversation of black models in fashion the Dsquared show feature the most black models of the Milan shows.

I must say I really enjoyed the show of Dsquared 2009 spring/summer collection!!
Truth be told it wasnt only the clothes that captured me but the men they used.
I think it was briliant, the clothes matched the models. Only I really would love to know some of the models names. I know a few already but I would like to know one certain models name. In the picture with D&D he is standing right behind them with the black and white hat, if anyone knows any information about this gorgoues model then ii would like to hear from them. Oh and if anyone knows the name of the model in the 4e picture wearing what looks like a jeans suit. id like to know his name too,,
Thank you
greetings from Holland
