Nation Underwear Day took place this past Tuesday and to celebrate freshpair.com held a fashion runway show in a venue for the first time.  The past few years the event took place in Times Square, but they’ve cleary stepped up to bigger and better things.

The venue was Espace for a celebrity packed runway hosted by Lydia Hearst and Tyson Beckford.  Models strutted in tighty-whities, boxers and fine racy lacies.

“Underwear is the foundation,” said Freshpair.com president Michael Kleinmann. “It’s the first thing you put on, and the last thing you take off at night, so we wanted to call attention to the intimate apparel industry.”

Brands participating in this years fun included DKNY, Tommy Hilfiger, Sean John, Diesel, Wacoal, Mundo Unico and Natori among others.
